Called Josh and gave me a quote on two FS591 and said ok I'll be there after I got loaded. I showed up 15 minutes early and Tim put my tires on and was in and out in no time. I'm working my way back so I can get drive tires.

We had a trailer tire blow out on I-64 right at dark in the cold dark rain in Jan 2024. We called these guys last minute when AAA would not show up. They were super helpful and prompt in getting to us! We were able to drop a pin to their cell phone contact to let them know exactly where we were. Their guy was to us very quickly and changed our tire to get us back on the road! It was an awful night to be out in these recent winter storms, but they didn't complain one time. Truly, the are The. Best. One. Tire!!

Tried Screwing My Mother On A Tire Patch That Wasn't Performed, Because She Accidentally Told Them The Incorrect Tire. Called The Next Moring And They Tried Blaming It On A Bead Leak. Why Charge For A Patch Job On The Receipt And Tell Her That The Found And Removed A Screw? They Tried Marking The Tire To Show Work Was Done. She Even Had To Come Back Because The Tire Light Was Still On. They Said That The Sensors Weren't Correct And Reset Them. If They Actually Did That They Would've Seen The Back Tire Had No Pressure And She Wouldn't Have Had To Go Back. Do Not Come Here, We Went Somewhere Else.

Changed 4 tires on our camper in less than 30 mins. Top notch customer service, everyone we interacted with was very professional and genuinely nice people all around. Very clean & large shop, and by clean I mean spic and span clean. Plenty of bays for service.
