Not to impressed with this particular store. As a customer I've listened numerous times the manager bad mouthing employees to other employees. When covid pandemic began they were pretty good about keeping their customers safe but they are no longer doing anything or enforcing anything with employees or customers.I asked an employee taking a pizza out of the oven and then cutting it if Casey's required them to wear mask. She replied not if you have a medical condition. She was in the kitchen with no mask talking and laughing over a pizza she was preparing for customers. The other employee told the girl without the mask to get out of her kitchen.We won't be ordering or picking up any more food from there. Sure wish companies would be more respectful to their customers and take some precautions on their own instead of waiting for it to be mandatory through the state.Rant over...

20 minutes on the phone trying to order a pizza being ignored while talking and listening to workers in the background complaining and making remarks. Spend 5 minutes in silence then to be hung up on without knowing if my order went through. Call back and takes 5 minutes to get on the phone. Canceled order and they couldn’t even tell me if I was charged. Got charged and could not get an answer if I was refunded or not. Clowns working in the back trying to make pizza.

The past two months we have ordered pizza every Friday night. I order online & then when we go & pick it up its always another 30mins. The last time it looked like the cheese bread was cooked an hour before the pizza was. I didn't want to go back because I figured it would be another 30 to get a fresh one. Looks like they are always under staffed.
