2nd time using Fischer’s, they process beef for a farmer we buy from. They give us exactly the cuts we want, very well trimmed, great burger, great steaks, expert butchers. We drive over an hour to get there and it is more than worth it! Strongly recommended

I had a hind quarter of an angus & longhorn mix butchered. I only had the NY Strip so far, and wow ?. The 2" cut I requested was done perfectly. Logan was great to work with, and I can't wait to try the tenderloin. I highly recommend going here it is amazing!!!! PS. Fisher's summer sausage is a hidden gem.
