I’ve bought close to 5 different hookahs from here. Both the guy and his brother are very patient and helpful. They took the time to explain the benefits of each hookah and what they recommended to get the best smoke. You are able to haggle a bit with prices as all middle eastern places.

Best price tags in my experience! I don't think there is any other place in Illinois where you can find such a wide variety of brands and flavors for hookah tobacco, especially at these low prices! Friendly and helpful staff ?

Worst customer service and the guy doesn't know how to behave with the customers, and all hookahs are too Dusty and dirty and toooooo expensive, and that guy looks a little bit high and he is disrespecting that's why I Don't argue with him. I will never recommend this place.

Very bad customer service when I attempted to return an obviously bad charcoal that I just bought from him few days ago. He denied it and even when I showed him the difference from a similar other package on his shelf, that he forced me to buy in order to open it. I wasn’t really concerned because it’s $12 item. I was thinking that he wouldn’t want to lose a customer over a small problem like this. Please notice the reviews with a similar matter that are recent and others that goes back to 6 years ago, which proofs the bad business that is in the policy and not just a one time thing. I also just went and bought other items from his competitors and they were all cheaper than him.. I wouldn’t recommend at all at all costs.

Not recommended at all, they have bad products and when I brought that product back to them the didn't gave me a refund or even a discount on other stuff.

Do not believe anything they say I know real products and fake products these people sell mostly fake products for the same amount as if they were real. Do not trust them. Also owners are very disrespectful and think they know everything.

The service was terrible... the guy was extremely high and not helpful. I asked how much the hookah flavor was and ignored me and continued to help one of his friends that came into the store I Would never recommend this rude establishment after I came out my way to spend money here
