A couple of weeks ago, my phone was not working too good. I called this location and Mr. Anas gave me a quote for a new phone. I came to this location and he told me that I was eligible for a new phone upgrade. Within 15 minutes, I have my new working phone. He also gave me 50% off the price from the phone case and the phone screen. Mr. Anas was very professional. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a new phone service.

Horrible customer service sells used phones and doesn’t even accommodate the “brand new” broken phones that are sold by him & have issues. Never again

what a day I messed up my phone somehow and I could not text talk or text or anything I spent less than a half hour with a young man at the counter his name is anasand he figured it out and got it done and Under 12 minutes so thank you people at this Boost store you're the Best

Switching to ATT. Deals used to be really good in the past. They cut alot of services that were awesome. Terrible customer service, network is so slow, phones break way too easy and they never have phones.

Very rude and non-professionals. They tell you one price and when you go they charge you more and attitude is like they are the Kings... totally rip offs. They even change their names to attract customers. Don't fall for them!

I was trying to get info on phones in their plans, but I could understand the guy. I asked 3 times and even asked for spellings - still couldn't understand what he was saying. But he was a nice guy.

I gave one star because the store was open. Customer service was horrible. Im going to a nother cell company. To the BOOST MOBILE COMPANY. Check your employees, because your losing customers.
