Horrible service by ROGER and STAFF brought my car in for a simple battery change and I get my car back with my whole right rim bent up and scraped I asked Roger about it and he started slamming the register and yelling and my car wouldn’t start after pick up I’m still without a car HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

I have been going to Bridgeview auto for many years. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them if your car needs to be repaired. They have taken great care of all my vehicles.

I have been taking my cars to Bridgeview Auto Center for over 20 years. They are exceptional, both on the mechanic’s side and on the customer service side. I think most of us have had more than one bad experience with mechanics who are inexperienced (or incompetent), try to oversell repairs and take advantage of folks. It has NEVER happened with Bridgeview Auto. Their honesty speaks volumes about their integrity and respect for their customers. Their excellent work in the shop speaks volumes about their expertise. Plus, they are very nice people! They earned and maintained my complete confidence for many years. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

These people deny giving out their business license number when a customer wants to file a complaint against them. They also do not assume any responsibility dealing with their Intoxalock Devices. They call cops when you complaint against them but yet install the devices.

I had the absolute best experience! I brought my car in and they were not sure if they would be able to look at it that day. However they called me in the afternoon and had it ready for me. I was concerned that it would be something major that was wrong with the car and it ended up being something minor. I will definitely be bringing it to them if I have any issues in the future!! I will also be recommending them to all my friends and family! The cost was very reasonable too.

We’ve never had such a fantastic experience with a mechanic! Roger was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and accommodating. When our van started clunking and shaking—giving us serious “will we make it home?” anxiety—Roger got us in right away. By mid-afternoon, our van was running smoothly again, and he even shared helpful maintenance tips to keep it that way. His genuine care and expertise turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly pleasant one. If you need a mechanic who works magic under the hood, Roger is your guy. Highly recommend!
