Updating my review. Following my initial post, the dealership reached out to schedule a time next week to fix the concerns with the truck. I'm hopeful that they will be able to resolve everything, and I appreciate their commitment to making it right. I will provide a final update once the work is done.
Update: Took the car in and took it to the place dealer recommended and the problem still exists.

This company is the biggest thief I paid off the loan with a certified check. They cashed it. And still kept taking money out Of my checking account. After over two months, I still have not received my title or the refund of the money they have taken out of my account.
I have called them and they just give me Run around
PLEASE DON’T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

The manager the best manger you could ask for a great negotiator and a good human being and I wouldn’t have it no other way. He made sure I was okay to drive off the dealership no problems. I must express my disappointment with your response, as it appears to misinterpret the circumstances surrounding the vehicle's condition and the issues I have encountered. Firstly, your assertion that I was involved in two separate accidents with the vehicle is both inaccurate and unprofessional. The photos I provided clearly illustrate minimal damage, which in no way impacted the engine or overall functionality of the vehicle. Additionally, it is concerning that you chose to overlook the documented evidence I presented, instead choosing to dismiss it outright.Moreover, the matter of dashboard dimming, a crucial detail that was not disclosed prior to purchase, raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of your business practices. The failure to disclose such a significant issue indicates a lack of due diligence on your part, and further aggravate the frustrations I have experienced with the vehicle. During our conversation, you attempted to blame the car’s issues just on the mileage and accidents. This dismissive attitude is not only unjustified but also undermines your credibility as a professional in the automotive industry. Furthermore, I find your request for the removal of my review in exchange for repairs to be very inappropriate and unethical. It is unacceptable to attempt to manipulate customers into retracting honest feedback in exchange for resolving issues that should have been addressed from the outset.In light of these concerns, I provided the contact information for my mechanic in the hopes of resolving the issues caused by your company's lack of transparency and honesty. However, to date, no action has been taken to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience and frustration I have endured. I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service and business ethics. Your failure to address these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner reflects poorly on your company and undermines the trust and confidence of your customers.

I would like to comment on Zulani situation the most because I was actually very happy due to the money I had just earned and got back from taxes where I was looking forward to your dealership! But with this situation it just made me not even want to go check it out! It is very confusing on how you comment about the car crashes but it has 0 to do with the engine! The truck looks beautiful and clean, but with the dealership de coding the dash it makes it seem very scamm worthy of your company!
