Be careful, I paid cash $30 and when I pressed regular at $3.45 it automatically activated $4.45 cashier said I have to contact manager at 4am??? Couldn't get the difference in my money back! ? lady clerk has no care in the world a bit rude! . I was there at 6:30pm 2/19 in bridgeview, illinois location

You have to understand that I have a rather lower expectation of most connivence stores such as 7-11 and Circle K. Also, that I've been to a few Circle Ks in Chicago and have been impressed. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed by this location. I stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30 pm in search of a quick, hot snack. I was hungry, but not enough for a sit down meal or even fast food. I wanted something hot, cheap, and fast. When I stopped here, I was thinking of getting of their premade and hot burgers, a slice of pizza or something along those lines. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. When I checked the warmer it was completely empty (see picture). I would think this would the time they would make sure it was fully stocked. I was also looking for something to drink. I looked in the freezer case and noticed something interesting about their section of Celsius drinks. Most were $2.99, but were placed near the top of the freezer case, while the lone type of Celsius that was placed at eye level, that particular drink cost $1.00 more. I'm not sure if this industry standard, but I've never seen this before (the same product at different prices positioned to make you spend more), it felt was a bit sneaky. Further, once I have made my section, a candy bar and iced coffee (I did get the drink free with a coupon through their app), I experienced poor customer service. I went to the counter to pay, but there was no cashier. Behind the counter to my left there three staff members doing something (the angle I was at prevented me from seeing what it was) with all of their backs turned to the check out counter. After waiting for a while, one of them turned and walked past twice before assisting me or even acknowledging my presence. At this point, there was at least one other person behind me in line. The gentleman who assisted me was not mean, but he acted very disinterested in helping me. By contrast, the cashiers and staff at the Circle Ks at the Chicago locations I've visited have always been very helpful and friendly. There were, however, some positives. First, other than the hot, premade food, it was well stocked. Second, it has an out door seating area with table which, I assume during the summer, would be pleasant to sit down at (I visited in winter). In sum, this is not a must avoid location, but my visit was disappointing and this experience leads me to second guess if I would return, given the chance.

I've been going to this gas station since they rebuild it almost every morning. I love Margaret and Jackie customer service in the morning. Manager also keeps the store very clean and always seems very positive.

Marshall the cashier stole $30 from my wife and when we caught him he denied it over and over. He thought he was being slick but he is nothing but a thief. Tried to hide the evidence of it too. Will be reporting it to authorities as well.
