I fully and highly recommend Creative Covers, Inc. We were referred to this company by a family friend who has impeccable and trustworthy taste, and this company is another example of this. Creative Covers was easy to work with, communicated frequently by email throughout my research process, and asked clarifying questions when needed. I, and myself alone, made a significant error on the measuring and they were gracious and ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL in taking the cover back, fixing it, and that to me is the essence of an amazing company- above and beyond when it comes to customer service. As I started with, I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality, superior-looking and fantastic cover for outdoor furniture. 10 out of 5 stars.

Cannot say enough about Hector and his team at Creative Covers Inc. They produced 5 separate Sunbrella covers ranging from the basic exterior loveseat and couches down to our water softener and woodpile. All were custom with reinforced vinyl sheets are corners and YKK zippers. Hector was so easy to work with. CCI has a customer for life!

I had an outdoor custom couch cover made by Creative Covers nine years ago. It has withstood the harsh Chicago weather elements every day since and is in unbelievable condition! After 9 years there were a few places that needed some minor repairs and since I’m local to the Chicagoland area, Hector said to drop it off. They did an excellent patch job and reinforced a few areas that were looking worn. This cover is back to looking good as new and I’m certain it has at least another 9 years in it! The material, quality and customer service is second to none. If you need any sort of outdoor cover, this company should be your absolute go-to!! They were a pleasure to work with 9 years ago and that hasn’t changed with time.

15 years ago I ordered an island grill cover from Creative Covers. The process was easy, efficient and when it arrived, it fit over my tile island which has a 36 inch Gill and a stove top - about 7 feet by 3 feet. I noticedcthis past winter it was looking a little tired and had some stains and decided to replace it. Once again I turned to the professionals at Creaive Covers and was not disappointed! The new one fits even a little better than the old one and I notice some production improvements like reinforced corners and larger velcro straps to keep it in place during stormy weather. I felt the pricing was very fair and the quality superb (made from Sunbrella fabric). I highly recommend Creative Covers for anything you want protectd from the weather! Scott

A local cover company quoted a price nearly double , but without the careful attention to detailed measurements. Creative Covers was courteous and careful from the start with clear dimension requests and choice of materials and color. The result exceeds our expectation. Perfectly fitting, durable cover for Big Green Egg in an island. Factory cover only lasted a couple of years. This cover, while pricey, is made of high quality Sunbrella fabric and is expected to last much longer. Very quick service!

Exceptional quality, reasonable turnaround time, asked plenty of questions to make sure they got the fit right, and even sent a second unit when the first was taken by porch pirates. I love my custom grill cover. Great work!
