Would give 0 stars if possible. They do not honor appointments . Turned us down 3 times for being too busy. Why even make appointments? Don’t waste your time. Recommend Discount tire. We were in and out with new tires. Also better pricing.

Took my 2022 Toyota Camry for alignment
And they charge me $100 dollars the problem is it’s much worse than before. Took back and they said they will look into it . Call me back after couple hours and said the car is ready.. drive it almost get in an accident.. never go there ever

Firestone staff from manager to mechanics gives the customer their best professional complete auto care at the Bridgeview location which I was totally satisfied with attention of service given to the customer’s vehicle problem and then resolved with satisfaction.

Do NOT take your vehicle to the Bridgeview Firestone!! This place needs to be sued and hopefully shut down sooner than later. My elderly (76yr old) father took his vehicle to Bridgeview Firestone to have it diagnosed as the suspension needs some maintenance. This shady lying location said it needed a wheel bearing and charged over $350 to complete the job. There was nothing wrong with the original bearing as nothing has changed in the noise and handling of the vehicle. But that is far from the issue. The major recklessness occurred when the morons working on my elderly father's SUV decided to NOT tighten the lugs on the wheels after they did the wheel bearing and rotated tires that have already worn unevenly. So my elderly father was driving this vehicle putting everyone's life at risk because a shop that was working on the vehicle could not be bothered to do their job correctly.
Every single wheel was loose and one entire rim/tire was literally about to fall off the vehicle. How dare you service a vehicle and allow it to leave in such a state. I will be reporting this location everywhere I can. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I see why they have a 3.7 rating, should be a negative one.

To Kitty and Dave, if the owner doesn’t fix the situation reach out to me I’m a lawyer we can go after not only the business but also anyone that worked on the vehicle. We can also go to the bridgeview police department and press criminal charges on the business and whoever worked on the vehicle for deception of the elderly and elder abuse
