Horrible experience and completely disappointed with Advantage Chevy of Bridgeview. We had made an appointment to see a specific vehicle that they were selling. The day of the appointment prior to leaving our house and preparing for our 2-hour drive I had called to double check and update them that we would be about 15 minutes later than expected. And we were told everything is good to go. After the 2 hour drive we arrived to be told that they sold the vehicle we had an appointment to see early that day. While them selling the vehicle is their right it would have been nice to be notified with a simple phone call that they sold it and saved us the 4 hours of travel.

I had an amazing experience today thanks to the incredible customer service from the team. Jeffrey, the sales associate who first helped me, was absolutely outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything clearly. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the process smooth and stress-free.
Toward the end, Denzel took over, and he was just as amazing. He picked up right where Jeffrey left off and made sure everything was finished perfectly. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out and left a great impression.
Both Jeffrey and Denzel made my experience exceptional, and I truly appreciate their help!
