I had a very disappointing experience with Lynch Chicago. It's certainly frustrating to make the effort to travel to pick up a truck, only to discover that it has several issues that were not disclosed upfront. It's understandable that you would expect the company to take responsibility for these issues or offer a solution that aligns with my expectations.the sales representative, Tylor Kennedy, did not provide me with clear and accurate information about the condition of the truck prior to my journey. It's concerning that he seemed unwilling to address the pre-existing issues with the air conditioner, window locks, and switches, especially given the significant financial investment ive prepared to make.The fact that he mentioned the inability of Lynch Chicago to fix the truck due to potential financial losses is certainly disappointing. As a customer, i have every right to expect that a product i was purchasing, especially at such a significant price point, meets the basic standards of functionality and safety. It's reasonable to have expected Lynch Chicago to take responsibility for rectifying the issues or providing a satisfactory resolution.The offer to refund my payment if i was not certified is puzzling, especially considering the considerable inconvenience and cost i incurred by flying to Chicago to purchase the truck. It's understandable that i would have expected Lynch Chicago to prioritize ensuring my satisfaction and addressing the issues with the truck, rather than simply offering a refund.Overall, it seems that Lynch Chicago's handling of the situation fell short of the level of service and customer care that i rightfully expected. It's disappointing that they did not take a more proactive approach to rectifying the situation and ensuring that i was satisfied with my purchase.In conclusion, my experience with Lynch Chicago is indeed disheartening, and it is disappointing and i left feeling dissatisfied and let down by their service. It's understandable that i was expecting a much more positive and accommodating experience when making such a significant purchase. Tylor Kennedy on sale and His Sales Manager fell short of my satisfaction with Lynch Chicago, and i left there very dissapointed customer after spending 72k worth of an equipment. mean Grade F goes to Lynch Chicago

I was there today, getting some warranty work done for my boss. Really nice, friendly and they didn't forget about me, I was well kept updated on the progress!! Very professional and responsive to my personal needs. 100 % awesome experience!

We are in the market for another heavy wrecker for a new location of ours. We contacted Jim over at lynch all I can say is extremely helpful. Went out of his way. We ended up purchasing the unit. We are in Ohio. We’re over six hours away. We sent one of our drivers over to pick up the truck went through the truck with him Answered any questions driver had the truck had a tow light that went with it that was nonoperable. The guys that Lynch gave us a brand new one some new straps to tow back our tow vehicle. I cannot say good enough about the company and Jim is the salesman. We are looking to purchase another 50 ton rotator this fall and they’re the only company that we will go with hard to find a good company. A good sales people these days if we could give them more than five stars we would.

While driving down central through a forest preserve where the speed limit is 30 mph, this psychotic driver was going nearly 70 mph weaving in and out of cars at 8:30am when children are on their way to school. He almost hit my car and another car. We both honked at him, but he was talking on his phone, so I doubt he noticed. We finally got to the intersection of central and elston, and he recklessly turned fast after cutting another driver off just to get to an accident that likely just happened. Probably going to try to talk to people involved into using their towing service like the vultures they are. First, he’s likely to cause another accident with his driving (maybe that’s his goal). Second, I wouldn’t trust him to transport my car anywhere because of the way he was driving.

At about 10:15 on 4/4/2022 a Lynchtruck towtruck driver was driving northbound on Kennedy ave with no tail lights. Driver was weaving in and out of traffic, passing the double yellow, consistently doing 15-20 miles under the speed limit. Shout out to this driver for inadvertently giving me advice on which tow company's to avoid in the future.
