Brittany in millwork is fantastic! I was running around for like 2 hours trying to get 3 locks of a specific style, all able to use the same key, and Brittany solved my problem immediately! She helped me find what would work and had them rekeyed faster than it took me to walk downstairs

At checkout, I was asked if I would like to buy a can of vegetables to support a food drive in the store. I said yes and was given a can of plums. I took it to the food drive box and just saw a box filled with cans of plums and hash...
I feel like Menards over inventoried on crummy canned veg and rather than donating it themselves for their waste they tried to pass the cost of overstocking on their customers instead. It feels kinda grimy...

We are from Iowa. We ordered this mattress through what we thought would be Muscatine store location. When we got the notification it was coming from the Menards store in Bridgeview, IL. it showed that our item was being delivered today. I called the store because we tracked it through speedy delivery and there was no item found. Once I called a guy answered the phone who said my mattress was still at the store. I asked when it was going to be delivered because it showed it was supposed to be delivered today. The guy said he didn’t know why it would show that since we are in Iowa. Well we are definitely not impressed. They need to change their name of their speedy delivery.

As a contractor, there is no better place to buy supplies, materials, and hand tools. Also, ordering online and accessing the yard for quick order pickup is better than other hardware department stores
