I brought my 1963 Falcon that I use as my daily driver to Modern Carriage Werks after a nightmare experience at another shop that claimed they could do a 5.0 engine swap. That previous shop kept my car for years, only to return it in worse condition - parts installed backwards, welds falling off, completely unsafe and undrivable.
Modern Carriage took on a project that most shops would not touch and fixed everything the previous shopped messed up - and then some, within a matter of months. Their incredible skill, expertise, and speed had me on the road and driving Route 66 from Chicago to Los Angeles without a single issue.

When my recently purchased 1970 Pontiac was t-boned I was beyond despondent. Where do I find parts let alone someone with the skill to make this car what it was when I bought it. After some online research and a few gentle nudges from a friend, I walked into Modern Carriage Werks and found a group of individuals who cared about my car as much as I did. Vince, Dan and staff got my car back on the road without a sign that any damage ever occurred. They took one of the most stress-filled periods of my life and made me whole again. Kudos to them and anyone smart enough you use their services. Transparency, knowledge and skill are in their DNA. I Highly Recommend!

My experience with Modern Carriage Werks was exceptional from start to finish. After my car was rear ended I was nervous about finding a reputable shop. From the moment I walked in for my estimate Vince and his guys were all very professional, friendly and put me at ease.
The repair process was very fast and my car was ready even sooner than their initial timeframe and the communication throughout was fantastic. The repair was flawless and my car looks as good as the day I bought it.
The attention to detail is amazing and it’s clear why they have such a strong reputation. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do they are highly recommended !!!

Dan and his team are the absolute best! I’ve brought multiple vehicles in from personal to work and the work they do is the best I’ve had. Everyone is friendly, super accommodating and punctual. This’ll be my mechanic/body shop until forever. I attached before and after photos for reference. Brought my vehicle in Monday, they started work Tuesday and it was completed Friday.

I brought my 2025 Chevy Trax to Modern Carriage Werks after accident. I talked with Dan he asked about my insurance and he took care of everything after that. They had to replace some suspension parts on left front. They had to repair left side of vehicle, when car was finished I picked it up Paint match was Spot On 1and car drove like the day I bought it, Thanks Modern Carriage!!!!!!
