This place is very bad for Sprinter driver , you are not allowed to park there even you want to take shower that you earned , security personal is very very a F&A ,not only not friendly but also look like they own the place , DOT not come here not even spend a penny here .

They are so lazy they don’t want to clean shower place and I use the someone use shower because I don’t have no choice they don’t wanna clean so what to do I have to take a shower for no choice how bad it is.

This place is small as it is. Pilot workers along with the security guard hustle drivers to pay for two parking spots being held for advances. These two parking spaces are not reserved parking, just two free spaces thats has orange cones for no reason. I was made to move from spot and threaten to call the law on me since I wouldn't pay for a free parking space. I definitely will not return to this location, something needs to be done about location. Its unacceptable how drivers are treated after driving all day, especially when the staff takes money under the table for a free space parking.

I was there for a couple days, and both days people came to me really aggressive about parking spots, first day Denise was really rude, saying that could not stay on the spot for so many hours, and if I was gonna stay that long I had to get a reserved spot, ( was weekend and I had just the tractor) second day I guy came and said that I have to pay for the spot, because was reserved but I was not on reserve spot.
Overall I think they should be more polite, and not talk to us like we are nobody
It’s not our fault that truck stop is small.
I understand that maybe some drivers don’t respect enough, but not all of us are the same!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I encountered an issue with parking, and instead of helping to resolve the situation, two staff members—Anthony and Denise—were extremely unprofessional. Denise, in particular, was surprisingly aggressive and displayed some of the worst customer service I’ve seen at any truck stop. Rather than assisting or de-escalating the issue, their behavior made the situation worse. I hope Pilot addresses this kind of conduct, as it reflects poorly on the company and creates a hostile environment for drivers.

DO NOT STOP HERE ❌ this place is one of the worst Pilot that I ever seen. The security guy who worked on 7/23/2025 was super RUDE whenever you ask him about anything his answer is NO, I drove all day and decided to go fuel up there and take a shower before I could sleep, there where no available fee parking so I asked him if I could just park near the scale so that I can just take a quick shower and he replied with loud voice don’t park there, so I asked that there is 3 reserved parkings can I at least pay one of them just for a shower then I will leave he said no again, finally I found a friend of mine who was resting there because he wanted to drive at night and he told me to give him 10 minutes to buy some drink then he will give me his parking and I waited until he left his spot for me, when Im doing my maneuver to back up my trailer he came and told me to not park there, so I explained to him that a friend of mine was the one parking there he just left that parking so that I can use it and he paid for it but still he couldn’t let me park until I left with very bad experience of unqualified employees.

I bought a shower yesterday and had to wait over two hours. When I finally got in, the shower was terrible — water all over the place, it smelled bad, the towel was disgusting, and there was no soap or shampoo at all. Tell me, does this kind of shower really take two and a half hours to wait for? And is this how you treat your customers? Unacceptable.

My experience at Pilot Travel Center was not a good experience. Upon my arrival the cashier was extremely rude. I paid for service and I wasn’t able to use. She proceeded to tell me to move my truck and I could t park on the property. I moved my truck I came back to take a shower, she then proceeded to lock the doors. She threatened to call the police on me. I wasn’t refunded my money for the service I paid for.
