A friend and I were accused of stealing. I was just waiting for him to finish using the bathroom. I was waiting by the coolers on my phone checking for time for the bus. We were going to buy drinks and snacks but we didn't have much time, so we decided to leave. This happened on 1/2/2024 at 5:20pm. This white lady with glasses came up to us to give back the merchandise that we "stole". We didn't touch anything. All I did was point at some things. We told her we didn't touch anything. Then she said it again. My friend explained I was waiting for him by the coolers. She was like well if you stay in close aisle for a long time then move it alerts security. I call bullshit because I was standing there for at least 3 to 5 mins. My friend emptied his pockets to prove it. I had a bag from another store but I have proof of purchase. My pockets had my gloves and my phone. My bookbag had my work essentials. I will never steal I earn my own money. I'm Hispanic and my friend is Black. I do believe we were racially profiled. I will not step foot in this establishment ever again. I am traumatized and uncomfortable coming back.

The most terrible truck stop, long queues, a dead road nearby, little Parking and scales do not work, drove through traffic for two hours, f***** up

One of the best Truck Stops to rest at. The employees her take pride in there job and as a trucker this place is clean. If you pay for parking you will get it.

One of the worst Pilot in the whole country,,, if you are looking to stay here in Illinois, I do not recommend this place unless there is no other option,, if you come to take a shower, it is a waste of time,, two hours to prepare a shower for customers who are waiting

The employees here are so helpful and friendly. The grounds, however, are quite disgusting. As a truck driver, I find it difficult to walk the grounds or even walk my dog. If the outside could be condemned, this place should be.

There's 3 employees working at this exact time , and i went to ask for a shower and the answer was " we dont have a shower because there's no one here that wants to clean them " I drove for more than a week and i chose Pilot , but hey dont you guys ever stop and use their service, Is definitely the worst

The employees are not friendly, I don't know why but they acting like they are mad or something, only 3 showers and two showers was empty not one wanted to clean up , 10 people waiting , they should try to clean up faster, a truck stop should serve the drivers, after 3 hrs decided to going to sleep have to wake at 5am. No a good place.

this place is very bad stay what should I say it's very bad to park where you're not supposed to even for 30 minutes to try to take a shower when you come out they will have your truck towed luckily I caught it in time trying to deliver food over here and they tried to have my truck towed for trying to take a shower any other Pilots will not have that none except for this one this is the worst one by far I've ever been to where the the girl is very rude and comes up to your truck and bangs on your door telling you to move your truck I understand you can park where you're not supposed to but to take a shower give me some time at least dang I'm so done with pilot I'm going to take my business elsewhere

No truck driver should ever plan on staying at this pilot. Food terrible, shower wait time expectancy is forever and cleanliness at an all time low. Service is trash and ghetto, only fuel up and park in the street corner it's the same as parking here. Delete the whole station and put a loves maybe they'll treat you better with the name being inspiration smh. I'd give it a negative two but a one star will do for now

very nice staff let us Park in the middle of the lot at night and just woke us up in the morning to let us know we can find a space

Pilot can do a whole lot better. Long waits for a shower. No restaurant. Tiny parking lot. This is more like a mom & pop truck stop!!!!
