The call center grossly messed up on the type of unit I needed. I asked was he the manager of the 9800 S. Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.
