This is my closest second hand store, so I pop in here the most. It’s okay. You can sometimes find some good stuff. They have a very large kitchenware section. But my problem is that out of all of the second hand stores I go to regularly across a far and wide range of suburbs, this is hands down the most expensive. And for no reason. A lot of stuff is marked at retail value, and not for something vintage or collectible. I’m talking for things like a wine glass and stuff. So I rarely end up buying from here. The staff is all lovely, though.
To be fair, I do think the prices have started to drop a bit this last month or so. So maybe they’re coming back to reality. Time will tell.

Closed before listed hours. Employee was rude and laughed at me, refused to answer my question about hours, and then I guess they don't do receipts for donations like most other places.

First time here - it was a large store, pretty clean and organized. Sadly it was arranged by colors, not sizes & I don't have all the time in the world to go through each item checking for sizes. I didn't find anything to my liking....I am sure it's a good place for many people, it simply didn't work for me. I thank them tho for their time & wish them well.

For those of you that complain about their policy regarding them not immediately being able to price an item. This is typical. This is a thrift store. Service isn't going to be amazing. Their policy is the same everywhere "if there is no tag then it needs to be properly priced and you can return the next day in the morning to ask for the item and get it then. I did this before and they were accommodating at another location. Although it is inconvenient to have to come back simply for this reason. It's understandable since they need to determine the price a certain way to get some kind of profit and so forth. I don't believe every employee is trained to be able to determine the price of all or any items. These locations are always short staffed so keep that in mind as well. If you want something better in that sense go to a Bloomingdales or a Nordstrom. Not that you can afford it in this economy ?as they say be grateful for what you have
