The Overstock Center is a unique shopping destination known for its vast selection of items, primarily consisting of Amazon returns. Customers enjoy the thrill of bargain shopping, especially on Fridays when new stock arrives, often leading to long lines. The friendly staff, despite some language barriers, make an effort to assist shoppers, and many customers appreciate their helpfulness. The store features a wide range of products, including patio furniture and appliances, often at prices significantly lower than retail. While not all items may be in perfect condition, the outlet allows customers to test products before purchase. Some shoppers recommend being cautious, as the store can feel overwhelming with stock that hasn’t been organized. Customers have reported finding excellent deals on various items, including electronics and bikes, making it a popular spot for treasure hunting. The store also engages with a broader audience through social media, showcasing products live on platforms like TikTok. Overall, The Overstock Center is regarded as a fun place to spend time while discovering great deals on household essentials.
I absolutely love the lady who helps customers navigate the showroom in back. She makes it worthwhile to travel past other stores to shop at the 87th and Harlem Overstock Center. I hope she never quits. The store is a great place to find hidden treasure.
