stay away from this carrier! This carrier TNT is so hurt because he did a load for Exceeding Exp. the carrier invoiced EE for the load and was paid by our factoring company. because we had worked as an agent for another company and recently cut ties when this load was done. we did miss the old company being mentioned on the rate con. this carrier claimed to have been emailing me for payment status (after we had paid them) but in fat he was emailing the old company. still the carrier turned around and filed on our bond. then i took it apon my self to report the carrier for trying to get paid multiple times on the same load! this carrier is dirty trying to spread lies about a good family business. they have a conditional rating. they are writing reviews everywhere they can think of trying to harm our business. we are at the point now that we are considering get a court order to make him stop lying or possibly suing him for lost revenue
