My complaint at this bank on 11-3-23 is that when I received the money I wanted back, after a certain amount was deposited, she did not count the money out in front of me. She held it in her hands and counted it then gave it to me. I did not say any thing but but took and envelope and proceeded to count it before I left the bank at the counter behind me.

Malek Saleh at US Bank & his associates are why I have been with US Bank for a long time. We went there 09/25/2023 to determine an issue with a bank cashiers check we used at Chase Bank on 104th and Cicero Ave's Oak Lawn, Il. Chase was holding the account and said the check was not good. Malek looked into this for us and showed the check and funds cleared their bank and and into Chase about the next day at Chase. We caught Chase in a lie, they are getting tons of bad press about freezing accounts/money for no reason. Actually, the reason is they are trying to halt depositors from withdrawing large sums of money out of fear of the Biden economic ruins now underway. Malek is a banking keeper, the entire staff at Bridgeview should get a bonus check. US Bank is a premier bank and customer focused. Chase is a lousy bank with employees stuffing their faces with doughnuts getting fat off of freezing funds unjustly. Move your money to US Bank, you'll be glad you did.

This was my first time conducting business in the lobby of this branch location, the teller Sheila James-Battle was super friendly, efficient and she politely explained everything I inquired about.

If you bank with US Bank avoid this branch at all cost. Used their outdoor ATM to deposit a fairly large check, the ATM rejected the check and did not return it. Which I understand happens. But I went to get it resolved and the manager pretty much said "what do you me to do about it?" And to call the number on my receipt. I want you to deal with it that's what! Extremely unprofessional and brushed me off like it's not his problem, no ownership whatsoever. There's obviously an issue with branch I can see from others reviews and US Bank is doing nothing about it. I called the number and it is still not resolved and it's going on for the third day of my large sum check sitting in limbo. I'm honestly quite nervous trusting this bank with my money going forward.

This manager I don’t know what his name but he was so rude unprofessional… I will make complain about him .. I been a customer to this bank for many years but now I’ll close all my accounts because of this rude person

I love these group of people, Malik Saleh was the agent who helped me on opening my credit card, he truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure everything got set up well, I did get to meet some of the other people team there too, and they were also friendly, upbeat and professional as Malik. He comes highly recommended and any one would be lucky to have him as their agent .

Terrible customer service. Honestly this whole bank and their system is disappointing. Especially the manager Maher, very rude and degrading. And I called the 1800 number twice and spoke to two managers that were both supposed to call me back and neither one did. Switched to chase and it’s been the easiest transition and I wish I did it earlier. Save yourself the trouble. Go with Chase. Or any other bank!!!!!

the worst branch don’t open account there they blacked my account for no reason i called them. they’ve no clear answers i feel they playing in the costumers accounts don’t trust them.

Went in to open a checking account, and a business checking account, Hedaiah was the banker that took care of me all 3 times I went in, very professional, well spoken and courteous. The Bridgeview branch is not the closest to me but I will drive the extra 20 min to speak to her.

This is by far the worst branch/bank I've ever banked with. They are so unprofessional, I was opening my account and I had people walking in and out of the cubical talking to the person opening my account, while all my personal information was out, nothing was explained to me, the fact they like to hold checks on hold for 7 business days, the fact that they charge an over draft fee for being negative on a pending transaction, not posted. I've learned to completely hate this bank, so unprofessional so old school, never ever will I bank there ever again. For gods sake tcf bank is better then this place.

I dont think they ever answer calls and for sure they do NOT return calls or emails. Absolutely horrible customer service
