Very bad service I did an appointment at 12 PM
And I came before 15 minutes And I waited more than 30 minutes
Employees were fighting with each other
And no one help me
Every time I ask them who’s gonna help me for request password they said it’s not Me It’s not my problem.
And She pressed on a smile face before I pressed anything when I came to pay for a good service

If I can give 0 stars I would! Most useless employee ever on the counter. If you are going to be useless and can’t handle the day to day of working at a counter…maybe you should just quit and let someone more qualified work there? Just a thought 😀 I would rather deal with a self serve kiosk than the people at the counter at this USPS location!

Truly a nightmare. They misplaced 3/5 of my packages that I sent to myself when I moved here. I had to come in about 5 times- most were to ask them to look in the back because tracking said it was at the post office. Victoria was very unhelpful inconvenienced by me- and she let me know it with her attitude. Twice she refused to go look. I also witnessed her act like this towards other customers while I waited in line. Two other women were also extremely unhelpful and told me to fill out the same form I had already filled out numerous times with no results or feedback. I will say that one older lady who was covering really helped me out on one of my trips, and when I caught the manager one day, he was magically able to find two of my packages and was kind. All of this was months ago. Then my husband came back from the post office this week and had a similar experience.

Victoria, the postal clerk was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She explained to me the correct way to ship out my items and now I am more informed about shipping in general. There was another postal clerk there whose name I didn’t catch that helped me with my shipping questions as well.

Horrific experience from the in person customer service to the horrific experience of 3 A4 papers be lost for 60 days to then having to pay for the freaking Insurance claim????? I have to pay for delivery of the receipt of insurance claim??! What kinda shit show yall running?? Better receive my Insurance claim + the delivery for the insurance claim. -10/5

I always have a great experience. Most of these reviews are more than likely from people who get mad because they follow the rules. Every time I’m at this location people are always saying they haven’t had mail in three months. Um who waits that long to look for mail. Sounds suspect to me these girls do a great job.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star😭. As I am reading the reviews from the staff of this place, I had a similar experience. Why work here if you’re not good at customer service?? Clearly no one not even the manager is doing anything to resolve all these customer complaints. Any other place is very welcoming and respectful unlike the girls that work here .

Omg!!!! The worst usps office location !!!!! Staff are very rude and they have attitude problems. Show they moods and literally have some emotionally and mentally problems. Yelling at everyone and racist. Same supervisor. Employee on this location need to be change !!!

The two females working Saturday 03-29-2025 at the front, disgusting attitude rude as hell especially the older lady. Never coming back waist of time not helpful at all. I will stick to UPS
