Service guy was great, prices were fair. just recommended dropping off. first visit, took longer than expected and than i was told but coming from someone in the industry, its understandable promise time for waiters may be innacurate. my exhaust sounds a million times better. definitely recommend

I been using Diaz for sometime now with my cars and i have nothing but excellent service, Rick the manager is a great guy very knowledgeable professional and get's the job done. I am pleased that i found this place, don't let others discourage you from using this place . everyone has different issues and opinions. I will just say the job get's done in a very timely fashion depending on what your car trouble is i don't mind the wait which is rarely. their prices beat other places that i went to before i found Diaz . I will never go anywhere else, they are trustworthy and honest.

Rick is the man and gave me a great price to replace my catalytic converter and the car drives like new the engine is quiet as can be! Outstanding price and turnaround time I was back at work by the afternoon! Awesome guy and very cool plus professional. I don't know why it's only 3 stars on here he's 10 out of 10 š

It's always something they can't do and your parts.will never work .The workers don't speak English. The guy in the front don't listen when you tell him what you need fix on you car .They be check things you don't go there for finding other problems you didn't come for.

Came here to get a diagnosis on a sensor replacement, clown told me my issue was on the passenger side engine bank but it was actually on the driver's side wasted money replacing 2 sensors that didn't need to be replaced.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. Told the guy I had a rattle coming from the driver's side rear wheel area of the car (a 12 year old Buick which is basically a Chevy). Let him talk me into replacing suspension components on driver and passenger side (my decision so my bad). Out the door paid $520 for a couple of struts and mounting brackets installed. Chevy parts. Mechanics reading this are probably laughing. Why 3 stars though? These repairs didn't improve the rattle AT ALL. Not one iota. OH, and also, they left oily handprints all over my beige leather.
I will not be going back.

Very disappointing experience, You are required to purchase the parts from them in order for them to repair your car, and there is no real customer care. I do not recommend dealing with them

I came here to install my Kooks headers & Corsa Cat-Back on my 2010 Jeep SRTā8, when they install them , truck was running rough due to old O2 sensors wiring on the passenger side since the truck was about 14years old at the time of the installation , Rick went above and beyond to solve this problem with no charge ! I highly recommend this place if you wanna get some work done or get your exhaust done here , Iām very careful who touches my truck but i definitely can trust Diaz Complete Auto Care to take care of it. Havenāt had no issues since they installed my Headers and Cat-back (itās been about 6 months + now) besides with the O2 sensors which was taken care of by Rick , thank you guys for the good honest work ! Highly recommended

I recently needed a new starter for my car, which had been sitting for a year. Since we didnāt get it tested the first time, I was concerned that might not be the real issue. I took it to Diaz Complete Auto Care on Harlem, and Rick was incredibly helpful from the start. He offered to test the vehicle at no extra charge to ensure the starter was the problem.
I had the car towed to him right away, and he went above and beyondāfilling the tires with air and checking all the oils without me even asking. Given some of the prior reviews, I was initially skeptical (and even joked with him about it), but my experience was excellent.
The work on my car was done professionally, and I couldnāt be happier. Itās hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but Iām glad I found one here. Iāll definitely be recommending Rick to friends and family, and if youāre considering this shop, I highly recommend it as well!

I have came here with my 2002 BMW, my sisters 2001 Honda accord, my bfs 2013 m37 to cut off the mufflers and they have never disappointedšāāļøāš¼. 10/10 would recommend.
