The pharmacy staff here could not be more helpful or kind even in the drive through. When there is any question or order missing, they offer to solve the problem right away.

My 82 years old mother who is Computer Illiterate ask a worker by the name of Rachel to help her with a Western Union, I had sent her for her birthday. And this worker fell short of making my mom feel stupid. It is a very sad society we live in when we can't count on someone good nature to help some one in need. Rachel, I really hope and pray no one ever treats your Mother the way you treated mines. As for Walgreens, you should have some type of customer service for your Senior's and hope your workers are more sympathetic to the Elderly needs.

The Pharmacist (Dr.) Christine is amazing!! Although she is always busy, but she takes the time to make sure clients are getting the medication they need! My s/o is a recent double transplant recipient which means his medication regime is crucial to his recovery and overall health. With that said, money has been a little tight. While having insurance issues with recent changes she and the PT Rula were able to find a discount code that would guarantee he have his meds. This was the 2nd time in less than a year that Christine's personal assistance to our needs were beyond appreciated!! Her approach and kindness literally brought tears to my eyes!!! Thank you!!

I went to the drive-through at Walgreens on 79th and Harlem. The pharmacy tech girl said that they didn’t have my prescription when my doctor put the prescription in at 1 o’clock she had a grin on her face like she was playing with people medicine I proceeded to go in and they were doing my prescription refill as I was walking in the door and I waited five minutes plus this girl needs to know customer service . She didn’t even finish her job with me

Charged me for an extra item I didn’t have and then proceeded to give me attitude like I did something wrong. Customer service has gone downhill by a long shot. Damn shame

This store is great, the entire staff is professional & helpful. Today I went to pick-up some photos I ordered on-line... they were a little out of frame & the manager helped me reload the photos from the kiosk, help me center them, printed them right away and off I went. Thanks Walgreens Team !!!
