This shop is full of honest people. They did a great job — even discovered a problem with the engine belt and showed it to me. They also fixed my tire and rim issues. Before coming here, I went to two other shops that couldn’t help me, but Luis and his team truly did. They’re professional, honest, and really care about their customers. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

My experience here has been terrible, not only did this shop lie to me about my warranty on my tires but they broke one of my lug nuts on my tire and said it was my fault for not installing it right the last time, I bought two tires in January and that’s when they broke one of my lug nuts and than one of the same tires blew out and I wanted to change another one but they charged me full price for both even though my tires are under manufacture warranty but not theirs.

I love this place, the only people I trust with my car & my children's lives. Never had a bad experience, they are not the cheapest but it's always good honest work with quality parts.

I've been going to this place for a few years now and was always happy with both their work and prices, but when I called to ask how much would it cost to plug a tire that has a screw in it they told me $27 and some change over the phone but then when I went there and had to work done they charged me $47 and some change, $27 a lone is a bit pricey but $47 is just robbery I'm never having a tire repair there again

I've had Kris and the guys work on my 2005 Subaru Baja since I bought it. Through oil changes, new tires, batteries, windshield wipers, a cracked radiator and other repairs they have been courteous, efficient and quick to help. They are why my Baja has 193,000+ miles and still runs great. Their prices are fair and their service is better. As a single woman finding a safe place to have the mysteries of an automobile's problems solved is a big deal. I trust this business. I will continue to be a client even after my Baja gets replaced -- which won't be soon because of their excellent service and depth of automotive know-how.

Terrible customer service and business practices exhibited by Tom. I am not the type of client that will argue my way to get what I want, but after spending thousands of dollars in new tires for vehicles in my household, I expected much more when it came time to take care of the customer, I guess I know what I’ll be doing, and that’s taking my business down the road and my referrals.
