I don't know how a logistics company lets a customer setup a delivery date then reschedules it almost immediately to whatever the company wants without any input from the customer then forces delivery even though no one is there. Zero communication as well. Delivery dates are chosen for a reason. Completely unprofessional.

I received an order from this branch. The driver asked to come early and was less than pleases when I said that I was not available at an earlier time. My delivery arrived 30 minutes after the set delivery window and the driver was extremely rude. Upon opening my package I discovered that it was extremely damaged. I informed the branch less than 10 minutes after the truck had pulled away. I submitted detailed photos of the damages and the repairs I had to cover out of my pocket. The claim was later denied by XPO. I will do everything I can to avoid shipping with XPO in the future. They are clearly another corporation that just doesn't care.

I was just ran off the road by one of their trucks on 294 southbound and 31st. Thank GOD their was a shoulder for me to cut over to or I honestly might not be here writing this. It was stop and go traffic for miles, there was no excuse other than pure negligence from the driver.
