I had a wonderful and HONEST experience at Brighton Auto Services.
Every employee I worked with was honest and spent the time to listen to all my concerns.
They spent the time to sit with me and go over all the maintenance and all questions I had.
They helped me make a list of what has to be done 1st priority to last.
They explain the price and worked with me and what I could afford.
Other shops are almost double the price. Even almost double the price just to find out what is wrong.
It was very nice having them work with me and not try and tell me I need more work done then was needed.
I will be telling everyone I know that needs work on their vehicles to goto Brighton Auto Services.
Brighton Auto Services is a great company that is honest and understanding and is there to help out their costumers and answer any and all questions they can.
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

As a customer it's nice to bring my vehicles to a shop that values your time, your concerns and goes above for you! Especially if your vehicles are out of mfg warranty.

I had a issue today returning g from work. Stopped in to Brighton Services and the guys went beyond their normal duties to help me out. Some TLC added and I was able to get home with no more issues. Thank you again!

I was a new resident in town, and Brandon at BAS was very helpful when bitter cold weather struck. I expected to buy a new battery for my car, but it tested strong and only had a loose connection. I have found a friendly repair shop near my new home.

Once again this place didn't disappoint! They worked with me on my car to finally get a diagnosis after like a year and a half of trying to get another place to figure it out. It came down to having to take the car to them 3 times with no appointment because if I turned the car off the issue would quit and it couldn't be properly diagnosed. Finally on the third visit the discovery was grim. It was a TCM computer which I was not willing to fix on a 2012 vehicle with almost 230,000 miles on it. However they were great at finding the problem and not trying to push me to fix it. I never feel pressured and it's a very professional setting along with people who truly care about your well being. I'll continue bringing all my cars to this facility. Thank you everyone at Brighton Auto Service!!
