I ordered breakfast burritos online because they usually donât have any out when I go (around 8AM). It said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. The lady who was making my order was helping all the other customers around me then told me I was next, I said okay. She snapped at me and said what, I told her all I said was okay. She handed me my food (without a bag) and tried to give me buffalo sauce since (I ordered salsa). I told her thatâs not what I ordered and just got it myself, she said âoh itâs for you?â And I explained yup itâs for me not a doordash order. Either way it was poor service and a frustrating experience. She wasnât wearing a name tag or I would put her name. She was really rude, unprofessional, and had the worst attitude. Long story short, if you order food itâll take about 20 minutes even if it says less, and double check your order when you get it. And if you order through door dash clearly you will be served last and late regardless of when itâs supposed to be ready.

I order from there all the time and never had a problem but tonight I decided to try the wings and I go and pick up my order and my wings are burnt to crisp and my pizza was cold so never gettifn the wings again forsure I tried to sauce them for flavor wish me luck lol

The lady that works in the mornings Krissy or something was so rude and acted like she was there against her will everyone else I've encountered was nice but that lady has the worst attitude. I'll avoid this spot until she gets out of work ... no need to take your life out on others

They are always out of ingredients. Taco pizza had two chips on it.

Went in to use the restroom and grab something for breakfast. 1st bathroom was out of toilet paper and soap. So I was going to wash my hands in the other bathroom. There was an employee coming out of the ither one. So I told him they were out of items in thr other bathroom he response was "I work in the kitchen" funny cause your shirt says Casey's.. when I go in the other restroom to wash my hands there is no soap. So what did your kitchen worker wash his hands with? ? Needless to say not eating there ever again.

I like. Coming to this Casey's, it is located in the small town of Brighton. They get to know their customers and are very helpful. They carry a lot of good food options. Pizza,salads, sandwiches, and biscuits and gravy. All are excellent choices. I really like their breakfast pizza

Awesome lil stop for middle of the night runs!
Parking: There's only 2 truck diesel lanes, but they have DEF pumps. There isn't much for truck parking. The lot for cars is a normal Casey's setup.

They said they called me when my food was here and they didn't they want me to pay for a whole new pizza and it's stupid I have never had a problem with Casey's til today they they get on star if I could do no stars I

Nasty place they don't clean the kitchen vary well no sanitizer also they don't change gloves vary much no a hole lot of washing of hands
