“SO thankful for Amber and Becki for their amazing customer service!! I was moving to Orlando and had booked a reservation at Spanish Lake U-Haul. We arrived to pick up the U-Haul in Spanish Lake where they informed us that they didn't have a truck and it wouldn't be available until tomorrow despite our reservation. Terrible service - Do not go there. I quickly head to the Alton location and these ladies were AMAZING!! They were so helpful and quick to resolve my problem. They got me a truck within 30 minutes on short notice and got all the paperwork signed quickly. Truly give these ladies a raise!!”
