I always receive great service and first class outcomes from the Broadlands Post Office staff. It is nice that they personally know me and offer ideas to solve my postal needs. Thanks!

I have sent 5 certified return receipt letters to this post office. I only received 1 receipt back - nit the service I paid for. Unacceptable!

New to town, first I was told I can’t have a mailbox in my own hard bc the carrier refused to turn a corner a drive her car 10 feet to my yard.. then I was told to put my mailbox on someone else’s property, not city property, private property, without the owners permission. Since I refused to break the law my only other option was a P.O. Box that as a single mother I just couldn’t afford. Then I found out while doing my own research that I qualified for a free P.O. Box, which of course I was never told. I was given a piece of paper with some information that stated all that was needed for the P.O. Box would be a valid license or ID and my lease. I went into the post office with both prepared to get my box and was told they couldn’t accept my ID because it doesn’t have my new address on it. I work during the dmvs business hours so I haven’t had a chance to get it changed. Nice to know how new people are treated on this town. Now I have no options and my mail is being returned to sender. Thanks government.

I keep getting my brother-in-law's mail, despite many complaints about it and made it clear that we don't speak to them.... I have sent mail out two weeks ago and it still hasn't made it to Charleston only two hours away and it was paperwork required for work...but the paperwork I sent out Saturday made it there yesterday.
