I have been a member for over 10 years. Unfortunately, I’m only allowed 5 stars, when 10 stars DEFINITELY represent the level of customer service/satisfaction!! Lupe provides professionalism along with product knowledge and management, all with a sunny disposition. I have listened to Lupe on how to improve my credit scores and from her experience and wisdom, my credit scores jumped over 100 points and now I’m in the 700 credit scores club!!! There’s a family feeling that I get when I walk into the branch, go through the drive through, and call to speak with Lupe. Thank you ACCESS CREDIT UNION for making your members feel special:)!

If you need to visit, 1PM on a Wednesday is apparently a good time to do so. I was the only customer in the place when I walked in today. They had a bit of confusion about processing a transaction with a shared bank, but nothing they couldn't sort out in short order.While they were doing this, I asked if I could have one of the cute little plastic piggy banks they had on display around the joint. They said no, those are for the kids who open first accounts here.They WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PIGGY BANK! Wah!

This is a racist location in broadview I went to open an account first they had me sitting there just waiting while everyone is in back doing nothing. Then I finally sit with someone she's not giving me any information about the credit union and wat they do. I emailed a copy of my loan details for my morgage provider they dont accept that. U must go home and find something to show them i live where my morgage deed says i live. I wanted to have another account other than my regular bank but this credit union will never see my money. I just feel I was given terrible service since I walked thru the door. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY.

This is a terrible and racist location. I have a regular bank account but I wanted to try and open credit union account. From the time I walked thru the door til I left I felt some kind of way, it was a racist feeling. Yeah I'm black and have dreadlocks in my hair but I'm a truck driver making 100k a year don't look at me and judge me. I give them all my information first the lady say u need at least 50 dollars to open an account bitch I can put 50k in there right now if I wanted. Then she comes back and says my address don't match the address on my ID. So I explained I just purchased a house 2 blocks away and emailed my loan documents from morgage provider. She says that's not good enough I need to change my ID and come back and open account. I got up and walked out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE TERRIBLE SERVICE I WILL JUST STICK WITH BANK OF AMERICA MUCH BETTER SERVICE

Too much fraud on my account. I’ve banked here 25 years. No alerts at all. A shopping frenzy/ All fraud . The Staff is all friendly but my money was not protected. The inconvenient of waiting 15 Whole Days for A Debt Card each Time really blew me, I couldn’t pay my bills, had to get a prepaid card, only one bank so I have to leave work and miss my O T to get money. Traffic and Construction.But All my funds were returned eventually. I don’t trust them anymore.
