Today (10/17/2024) at 1:15 - 1:40pm my husband took my car for a car wash on his way home from work. Comes home right after parks in our garage as always. Around 6pm we leave to my daughters soccer practice and I noticed my antenna assembly is damaged we rush over to the car wash to let management (Andrew) know. I asked for the owners phone number letting Andrew know what happened. He looks at my car and hand signals to wait a minute as he walks into their office room. After 2 minutes he comes out and hands me my white antenna cover that is now broken from the screws which can’t be put back. Andrew took my name, phone number, time of damages and my plates and says he’ll review the cameras and if it broke there at the car wash that he’ll report it to the owner and they will be in contact. I let Andrew know to let the owner know that I will be making a police report which I did. Seems this part is the antenna assembly not just the cover and will run about $300 plus installation. I know for Andrew it may be he’s following protocol but seems silly to tell me he’s going to review the cameras and if it happened there, they will be in contact with me yet he went into the back office and brought me the antenna cover but ok then. I’m hoping to hear from them soon because now I can’t drive my car in the rain or the antenna piece that is still on the roof of the car exposed will get wet and cause more damage. Owners please make contact soon.

The wash pretty good as for the dry experience it was too powerful as it displaced my side mirrors and tore my weather stripping off my side panels from my passengers and drivers doors. 3 stars.

I’m claustrophobic and I know that I had the most STRESSED look on my face going into the Buddy Bear Car Wash in Broadview. The attendant saw my face and decided to do something to make me laugh. He was quite successful and I laughed all the way through my wash. I got a good wash and a good laugh in one trip. Thank you for the great service and the great customer service when I needed it .

The staff is very friendly. They go around checking vacuums don't have items stuck in them.

A little backstory, I was at the NR Mall seeing a movie and while my car was in the parking lot, someone put a flyer on my windshield. It had rain while my car was out there and the flyer stuck to the windshield and would not come off (see attached picture). It was worse than a large sticker. So, that stupid flyer baked on my wind shield until today. While getting a wash at the Broadview Buddy Bear, an attendant took the time to scrape off the flyer. He also had me go into the parking lot after my wash and took even more of this time to remove all of the sticker in 95 degree heat. He also had me go through the car wash AGAIN, gratis to make sure all the sticker residue was gone. This was above and beyond service and I am grateful for the attendant taking the time to scrape off and clean my windshield.

LOVE ❤️ this car wash, nice clean, and the employees are friendly and polite. The key is to get the monthly pass, you save money, and you never have to stop and punch buttons. I feel like they really get my car clean.
