“I had a Saturday early afternoon appointment for my 2013 VW GLI and they clearly had a lot of cars to do. Consistently updated me and apologized for the wait - though I was fine - I appreciated the consideration! I’m not sure if it was due to the delay or what but they went well above and beyond my expectations. My car is gorgeous! My car had spent a bit too long between washes and under Oak Park trees and birds, and the interior, that’s a whole other story. They took care of all of it! Had a pretty ugly rear quarter scuff they waxed out. All way more than I could have asked for. Will continue to recommend because these guys do an excellent job and really care about how the car leaves vs what they are obligated to do. Can’t say enough great things about them!”

“Originally booked an interior detailing but had to reschedule a few times due to weather. When I did get the detail done, it was great. The guys came out to my house and they took it from there. I did have the car in the garage to avoid the rain but they worked around everything and the car looks pristine again. Definitely recommend the O-Zone treatment if there’s even a hint of odor in the vehicle. Will be looking for an exterior detail once the weather gets nicer.”

“I’ve been going here since 2000 when it was under a different ownership. Back then it was a simple basic car wash place which was all I needed for my Honda Civic I used to drive. About 3 years ago, I started returning here and found it even better for the overall wash & price compared to other car wash facilities. The manual wash bay uses pretty good filtered hot water that doesn’t harm your car’s paint and provides you with optional additional cleaners to perfect your car’s appearance. They also have automatic touch-less wash bays which are great when your in a rush. The gold coins you collect from the touch-less washes can also be used for vacuum and other washes. The owner here is very knowledgeable and helpful with any kind of inquiry to your vehicle wash. He does an excellent job maintaining the place and is a very friendly person.”

“I only wish I could leave more *** ! OPV is a lifesaver - particularly if you are traveling with kids or less mobile adults. Or, you want to feel like a CELEBRITY. For about the same as "close in" parking at O'Hare (and we all know what a misnomer that is) you can be driven RIGHT up to the Departures area, have someone handle your luggage & then get picked back up upon your arrival at the Arrivals gate. Their communication was Fabulous & we only waited 2 minutes for our car upon arrival. I highly recommend using this service-they will even detail your car - for a fair price- while you are away.”

“I called Dan with a very specific problem - I had rats or mice living in my engine compartment! Dan didn't even blink an eye once hearing this. He told me his recommendation and immediately gave a quote of $150 for an hour of work, including removing the nest, power washing, and steam cleaning my engine compartment. It took exactly an hour, and I was very happy with the results.I live in an apartment building, so he was able to park in my garage - I did pay for his parking in order to make this work in the very busy, not so parking friendly Streeterville neighborhood. He will come to you wherever you are, and is open to navigating difficult parking situations!”

“Have all my car under the monthly plan. Can't beat it! Pay 20 for top wash or 40 for best option all month. U go 2x a month u break even, once a week u pay half off! I try to go 2x per week pay 40 for 160. It allows u a bargin more bang for ur buck. Just if u have custom rins I'd go to the one in cicero not 49th n central the rack grabs wheels n really Messrs them up. I had massive 920 22inch rims black with chrome inserts 8 per tire 40$ per insert and it broke every one of them. But they were willing to compensate me. Just off the strength of their offer to reimburse. I was more then satisfied. I left alone n dealt with it myself. My go to car wash 4 real!”
