“I had went in today 7/9/25 with my husband… as we had switched from AT&T a year ago and came to metro/t-mobile.. AT&T NEVER let my phone service go … which i didnt know about and i was getting charged from them still, even though metro/tmobile cancelled it when we switched to them…
So we came in and Edgar and one other gentlemen was there with him… and even though this was a weird situation, Edgar and his co-worker were SUPER patient and ended up fixing the situation and getting my phone back on and under Tmobile/metro.
I just wanted to say that Edgar was super professional and super nice and patient!!!
I understand they all deal with a lot every day… but regardless, he and his co-worker were still SUPER kind and understanding and patient! They are DEFINITELY model employees!!!! PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! For real! We will always come back to this store now… Edgar is the friendliest and most understanding and troubleshoots well and gets the job done! I was biking and my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen was cracked and the phone was unresponsive and all black no visual. I called the store and they gave me a GREAT price to fix it. I came in the store dropped off my phone went to go get coffee and he called me saying it was fixed before i even finished my coffee! super fast maybe 15-20 minutes which is perfect since i use my phone for work so i cant be without it and this store made sure i didnt have to! Would definitely recommend this to anyone i know and hopefully i dont crack my phone but if i do ill know to come here!! BEST REPAIR STORE! ??
