Love this location, the manager and associates are always helpful with what I’m looking for, and do a great job at recommending other supplements similar to the ones I already purchase! I come in here every other day and they always uphold great customer service! Recommend this location for your vitamin and supplement needs!

2 days this week I’ve come here, but there is no one here 5 hours before closing. Once there was at least a sign, but the 2nd time was 4:15 pm and they close at 9 pm and there is no sign - just a locked door. I’m tired of wasting my time and will just find somewhere else to go.

This location is horrible. There is no type of customer service here. The woman that works in there has the nastiest attitude. She doesn't speak when you come in and she doesn't say have a nice day or anything. Just pure rude. Never retuning.

I have been going to GNC for over 15 years and this is hands down the best one all because of their employee/manager Nick. He is hands down the best employee they have ever had. He’s intelligent (college graduate), he’s a personal trainer, he’s friendly, and he actually cares about helping people. He knows his stuff and wants to help you with whatever you are trying to do for yourself. GNC needs to give this man a raise because they have never had an employee like this. Thank you Nick for being so helpful and caring.

Never open on time, and always a note on door saying there at the bank the store etc. Wont be shopping here rather go to north riverside

As far as a GNC store goes I'm sure we can all agree that 70 to 80% of their product prices are outrageous. The mark up is insane. The employees don't necessarily know much about what they sell either. This location is no exception. While they're kind that doesn't help me find what I'm looking for. It's an average GNC.

It's truly a shame for GNC. Normally the workers are super eager and motivated to assist the customer. The one time I could have used some advice the girl (purple hair) just seemed inconvenienced. Oh. Sorry. So I'll just redirect my business to another store. There's about 30 options around Chicago. I'm just sickened by lazy customer service these days. I'll be back to GNC, but not this one. And from the response today, I'm sure they don't care.
