“I have been with Seattle Sutton for a few years now and started with the full week but have gone to the first half week because there are times I will pick up a burger or go out to eat. Then I had meals left over I like SS for convenience, calorie control part of my week, and healthy food that tastes good. I get fruits & veggies every day which I wouldn’t purchase myself. They have improved the meals a lot so I’m sticking with them. ? I read some reviews and realized I didn’t say how I appreciate Hazel.. I picked up in the beginning but haven’t driven in a long time. Hazel now delivers my food. She is great ?”
“I met the Bernas' in the '80s when the store was at the North & Pulaski area, Because I worked 'down the street' I took co-workers there many a lunch hour - at the time they sold some wicked good raisin/bran muffins. Both Ken and Anita are personable and friendly and a source of good advice. Over the years they were a go-to for my family. They solved and advised my son re eczema and a bad reaction to an antibiotic, pain relief from a wisdom tooth extraction. When my daughter-in-law was trying to stop smoking...Ken suggested something to help.
When we stopped by the shop with my brand new grandson, Anita welcomed him 'to earth.' Wonderful people.”
“Expansive selection of herbs! I had a long list and wasn't sure what to expect as far as having them in stock but they had every one available. The woman who was working there was very helpful and friendly, I feel really good about supporting a small business versus ordering online. “I travel far just to get since things that you cannot find elsewhere in Chicago. They have many diabetic friendly items. Many vegetarian items. They specialize in vegetable proteins of all kinds. I am particularly fond of Fri Chik which is so delicious and does not raise your blood sugar, it is a great snack with only about 4 carbs. It is ultra processed and ultra expensive though. “Let me start by saying that GNC did their thing when they decided to hire David at the Brickyard Square location.
Just into the store, he was very attentive and concerned with assisting me with any questions I needed covered.
Not only does David show care for his clients in store, he made sure I knew what id be getting into with certain products, and offered me better alternatives that would assist me in my goals as well.
David is a down to earth representative of the GNC company. I wouldnt even consider him just a customer service associate, he shows leadership qualities, rational purchase assistance skills and humane transparency.
He is a proper salesman and individual that all companies should strive to have as the face of their brand.

“Stopped in support the loyal employees of the location. I see alot of negative reviews about some of the employees but hey we are all human ans trying to do the best we can do. I stopped in and I saw the guy having a rough day. Sometimes instead of being a jerk. Be kind. You have no idea what people are going through. This kid has been here almost 10 years. Ive been coming here because of him. I see alot of people who say this and that but hes just being honest. He doesnt lie he doesnt try to hide the truth.
