Horrible customer service. Horrible....and limited items. I felt rushed and made to feel like I was wrong for being selective, and CB, the sales associate stated that to me "you seem like you want something very specific", well yeah I do! The prices aren't listed in the catalog so she had to check in the computer each item and that takes time going back and forth which which is when I was told" well, I do have other things I need to do so you can continue to look". When I choose from what they had in stock, I wanted to see a preview before the final engraving, I was told they dont usually do previews and that was a favor to me. So they emailed me a picture of the computer screen, not a 3d preview I thought it was going to be. I'll take my chances and order from Czechoslovakia or wherever before I go back to them. Customer service is everything to me!
