This Home Depot location, cut keys from a kiosk that is customer operated or can be operated by an associate. Basem Is the store manager and he helped me out after being completely ignored by another associate who probably assumed I wanted her phone number. The encounter with her nearly angered me but I spotted Basem who assisted me with ease.

Without question the best Homedepot I’ve ever been to. There is ALWAYS someone available to help (which is not the standard of other Homedepot) I fell in love with this spot after getting help from Nancy when I was building out my backyard. She went above and beyond… and upsold me in the best way possible ? love this HD

STOP.LETTING.PEOPLE.BRING. DOGS.INSIDE. OR AT THE VERY LEAST INFORM EMPLOYEES THEY WILL HAVE TO CLEAN DOG POOP DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.

Sometimes they have what they advertise in stock, on the shelf, sometimes they don't--even though the website may say it's there. And customer service? Forget about it! Every time I have a question or I need help finding something, I have to go get a sales associate and pull them away from standing around and chatting to a coworker; then I have to have a debate with them about whether or not that particular item is in stock! Whatever happened to the priority of a customer's needs?

They have gotten more expensive, but the help and service when you can find someone is great.
They need more people on the floor so I don't have to search for someone.

Came with tank for replacement and giving me hard time when tank is under warranty. Why they don't give me that when I buy something. That's why I don't like to shop at home depot. Waste 45min for process and they deduct money depends how old is the tank
