Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .

“I just had the best bed purchasing experience of my life. I needed to buy a new bed for my mom who's in assisted living. Sam took such good care of me, he told me they have a lot of experience with this, and they have a program specifically for this situation. You choose the firmness of the mattress, whether it's a 1 year, 5 year, or 10 year mattress, and the height of the boxspring. Sam is extremely knowledgable and explained everything very well. And the bed is being delivered in 2 days! I wish I could give a 10 star review.”

“I have never, and will never, purchase a mattress from another manufacturer as long as this team keeps producing the same high quality product that they have been for the past 25+ years I've known them. I recently purchased a new mattress after 11 years with my old one. It was still in great shape, but just was time. The build, the quality of the materials used, and the overall look completely transformed not only how we sleep, but the overall look of the room. “It was hard to find a mattress to fit my custom bed frame for affordable price and this place talk to me about what mattress I need for the custom bed frame. Since he said it was custom I thought it would be an outrageous price but when he handed me the receipt I was glad that it was an affordable price for me to buy. If I ever need another mattress I would definitely buy another one.”
“I bought a coffee table and TV stand combo after comparing with another shop nearby. The staff explained material differences clearly, which helped me decide. Price was fair. Delivery took 4 days and came in the evening. One corner of the TV stand had a tiny chip, but since it wasn’t very visible, I didn’t bother replacing it. The items still look good in my living room and feel sturdy enough for regular use.”

“I bought a mattress that turned out to be too soft for my back, and even though they have a policy of no returns no exchanges all sales are final they still after 3 months took my mattress back gave me full credit for it and I was able to buy a new mattress that I'm happy with. The Simmons Beautyrest black series 3 firm pillow top is the best bed I've ever slept on. You'll never find a better price on good quality mattresses , they beat everybody . Able or Daniel are the ones to see in the Melrose Park North Avenue showroom.”
