Been here a few time to take have my chihuahua’s nails trimmed. It was okay the first few times. One time, they made her bleed. I let it slide because it was a different person from who usually cuts her nails. Today, my dog wasn’t having it. She kept sitting down when the groomer tried getting her back legs, but the groomer was being very aggressive with my 9 pound chihuahua. She could have just let me know that my dog was moving too much, instead of handling it that way.

I was not satisfied with my recent experience at PetSmart Grooming. Do not book with Tania T unless you want to be talked to with attitude.
The first time I went to this location, I was satisfied with my Pomeranian. When I took my Shih Tzu, they said that they have to demat him, which I understood, but I think the prices should be mentioned while making the appointment online. I had made a phone call to check on my dog and they said he would be done between 10-15 minutes, but I was still expecting another phone call that says he’s done and is good to be picked up, but never did. When I went to pick him up, I was talking to Sarah, super nice and very welcoming, I heard my dog barking in the back and I just said “I think I hear my dog barking” and just conversating with Sarah and Tania was in the back and said “Yes that’s him barking” and she said it with attitude but I brushed it off. When my dog barks, it’s because he needs something. Another thing, he’s never in a kennel, so of course he’s nervous, anxious, and yes he’s going to bark, as all dogs do. She made sure that she pointed out every single that he did bad and I felt bad for my dog, he’s 16!! If you’re going to complain about dogs barking and doing their business, why go into the field if you’re going to be seeing that everyday? This made me not want to my dogs there anymore. He looks cute, but the experience wasn’t.

Annabelle is extremely rude and racist. My partner paid with $100 bill and she ran in through the machine, swiped it with a marker, looked at in the light and still went and grabbed the manager to verify it was real. Disgusting behavior

I love the fact that my fur babies are well taken care of and the bath and grooming that Stephanie provides is above excellent in my book. Stephanie has always groomed my fur babies as I have asked but always has gone up and beyond my expectations that is why I will continue to bring my fur babies to Stephanie to care for in their bath and grooming. Thanks Stephanie your an Angel.

Gave only 4 starts because I don't like that they keep the pups too long to beautify them. With that said, they do a great job. My pup had a diarrhea for a couple of days, and her vet was closed because of the holiday. An employee recommended what to give my baby girl, and it worked in less than 24 hours.

I wish I could’ve gave zero stars because this place is SUPER expensive I paid $69.00 for a bath and haircut and they wanted to charge me $15.00 to grind my dog nails but when I brought him in there I had just gotten his nails trimmed not even a week ago and they weren’t all sharp!! so when he jumped up on me he scratched me really bad and when I asked did she do his nails she said yes but I didn’t grind them! For almost $70.00 you should’ve grind his nails!! They wanna up charge for EVERYTHING!! And he didn’t even get a bandanna!!! I took him to another place that is $24.00 cheaper and they do EXCELLENT work and they do the nail grinding with his cut!! I only took him to this High place due to the fact that place is closed on Mondays and I was off work today!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE RETURNING HERE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!
I’LL CONTINUE TO GO WHERE THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAY BETTER????????????
