This was my 5 year olds first time and it was a great experience. Very patient staff/Doctor and everything went smoothly.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. As soon as we walked in they started my husband's appointment even though we were a little early. Dr Jager was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Denise and Dahlia were very helpful advising and picking a frame and also offered a deal on a second pair.

No wait at the appointment, and exam was well and thoroughly executed. Staff was able to predetermine what my health insurance would pay. While the glasses store can make offers for lenses and frames, they do not employ high pressure sales tactics which is much appreciated. Pupillary distance is provided upon request.
