They never know how to use Ross Reward Certificate from their credit card. I was at the store and cashier called manager but he also didn't know how to scan it. No apologize, nothing. Went to another store and used both certificates with no issue.

Very shady store, lost my keys and phone they were turned in, but employees acted like they didn’t have them. Very rude and unhelpful, very untrustworthy.. makes me think the plan was to steal my phone. Will not come to this store again.
