The air machine took my money and the store clerks refused to give my money back or assist me, they told me to come back on Monday if I want my money back. Poor service in this community.

This gas station has horrible customer service. They are so rude and ignorant to their customers. I can literally see the gas station from my window and I refuse to patronize this gas station. I would rather travel to find another shell then give people who do not respect me as a woman.

When it comes to customer service this is the WORST service station ever. I came in at about 6:20 PM. Now mind you I just came in from a rough day at work on the bus. In my line of work I deal with customers on a daily basis. Anyway, I came in to get something to drink I was deciding which soda to get a 20oz Pepsi or a 20oz grape Fanta my 2 favorite drinks. I lingered a long time on which one to get. When I finally decided on the soda I went to the counter and the guy cashier I think his name was Sanjay had the audacity to ask me why did I take so long. The tone in his voice was very disrespectful and rude. When a customer comes into your establishment it shouldn't matter how long a customer takes to come in and decide on which item to buy as long as the customer is paying for the item. AND JUST BECAUSE I HAVE A BACKPACK ON ME, IT DOESN'T MAKE ME A THEIF OR A CHILD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M AN PAYING ADULT!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

The staff has always been nice. They have a minimum for credit card purchases though. I don't carry cash otherwise I would stop in more.
