It's a Target, nicely lite, nicely laid out, good product selection, and clean. Pretty much the same as all other Target's. The place Target do not do very well is in customer service, although they are much better than their main competitor that starts with a W, they still need improvement in this area. I want to specify, the customer service issues are only if you need help with something, this is a weak spot for them. It Would be 4 stars otherwise. If you don't need any help its a very pleasant shopping experience.

I just bought a watermelon 🍉 today and it was rotten and as soon as I cut it water came out and I do mean a lot of water. I called to report it and not even one person answered the call. Bad customer service. I can't go back to take it back I'm going through cancer and most of the time I'm stuck in the house cause of my low white cells.

Poor order pickup process. Item was not at pickup desk. Store employee waited on multiple customers after scanning my pickup code making me wait until she finished their returns. While employee was going to the back of the store to get my items their device logged out and another employee had to walk to me to get my information. Overall took twice as long if I had just done everything myself.

Will not shop at this Target again. This was the Target in Broadview. The electric scooters were fully charged but wouldn't move. Another lady was waiting to use the scooters too. Ask for assistance and was told by one associate they would get someone but they never came. Asked another associate for assistance and she told me to walk to the other side of the store to ask someone else when she had a radio in her hand. All this happened in a 25 minute time frame. Maybe the ADA should be made aware of how they this Target treats people with disabilities. I took my business elsewhere. Wish I was able to leave 0 stars.

The workers are extremely incompetent. This store is ghetto and I am safer shopping on Amazon. This company is so trashy now it's embarrassing who they allow to run the stores.

Was a frequent shopper here but will not be back after being yelled at by an employee for looking inside of a small open hot wheels box today. Pretty sure I saw him hand them off to a friend shortly after. Must have been something good he was saving for them. Shady

Refusal to answer the phone in ANY department. Awful customer service!

I spoke with a manager named Karen at the Broadview store. I felt so disrespected by her. As she spoke with me she was very condescending and kept rolling her eyes. And just kept saying you can call customer service because there is nothing I can do for you. This was my second encounter with her. And she was dismissive then as well. And this experience has made me feel as a customer not welcomed at the Broadview Target. So if I need to return I will have to come out of my community to travel to a different Target because I will not spend my money to be mistreated or spoke to poorly at any establishment.

After 18 years, I'm done with Broadview Target. Poor management, plain and simple. Checkout lanes take far too long due to short staffing and jibber-jabbering checkers, and self-check is aggressively policed for customers with baskets with 11 or 12 items (beyond the ludicrous limit of 10 items) even mid-day, mid-week when only 1 or 2 people are using self-check. There's just no reason for this whatsoever. Constant shortages of the few items I buy, and inventory limited to the most plain vanilla version of any given item, make shopping a bland and generic experience. Comparison shopping revealed that Walmart on nearby Desplaines has everything I would otherwise buy at Broadview Target, well-stocked, but every price was lower (sometimes considerably so). And Walmart has two large self-check areas with no item limit. The experience at Walmart is surprisingly far more pleasant than at Broadview Target now. End of an era. Perhaps I'll sometimes shop at the Oak Park Target (again, no limit on self-check, and 95% of the inventory at Broadview with similar prices), but never again at Broadview.

This location has to be one of the WORST! The manager is horrible; she doesn't do anything to help when you tell her about an issue. And natalie, who works at the service desk is RUDE and only works there to get paid. The places need to start hiring people who ACTUALLY want to work. It's so obvious when they are forcing themselves to go in every day.
