Honest and to the point mechanics. My thermostat sensor stop working and when I brought my car to them, they checked my car right then and found out it was something else and not my sensor. Very patient and worked with me on the cost. Have recommended them to other people and they now have said that is my new shop now ?. Wonderful people!

Terrible Service! Was suppose to fix my boyfriends transmission and never really did after paying well over 1300 for an entire new transmission. His car stopped 5 times in the last 3 months and they continue to say they fixed it knowing that they didn’t. Then tried to refuse service after reassuring that his warranty was good(which it was) after he actually had to go off on them after it stopped the first 3 times. Not to mention the car hadn’t made it 10 minutes without stopping after they said they’d fixed it. Furthermore they even wrote it on the receipt after the last time they was suppose to fix it and it stopped again after that. I don’t recommend them at all, they don’t care about customers livelihood and they’re not even the least bit accurate on telling the truth about what was done. They want to take your money. Plain and Simple. This Shop needs to be shut down immediately!!!Service: Transmission

They do not stand by their warranty. Their 1 year warranty is a joke. If a part that they used in your trans is under warranty they will charge you for that part if it goes bad. There are a lack of honest repair shops, this is one that lacks honesty. Shift right transmission in Kankakee IL gives you a 3 year unlimited mile warranty and actually stands by their warranty! Sad that this place lacks that same honesty.

Quality & honest work. Joe and the boys treat you and your auto right. I've had them fix up everything from replacing the engine to charging the AC.
