“I called the store prepared for a battle in regards to my bill but what I received was a very articulate, professional young lady named Sharneese who explained in detail what happened and a possible solution for the problem. She said that she would have to get in touch with management for approval and would have to call me back once that occurred. I thought to my self… I’ll never hear from her again, she’s just trying to get me off the phone but to my surprise in less than five minutes she called me back saying the issue had been resolved prompting me to write this review. Thank you Sharneese for your professionalism and courtesy.”

“My experience at My Mechanic Elmhurst was terrific. They conducted their inspection and determined my A/C compressor went kaput. They also performed the required testing to determine the reason for a Check Engine light.
I brought the car in on Friday and the repairs were completed by Monday morning. Courteous service and they satisfactorily answered all my questions. I will have all of my cars serviced by My Mechanic in the future.”

“I initially wanted to rent with another company (can’t think of their name at the moment) it was a 20 miles move and the charge was outrageous, my friend said he was going to help me drive that I should just rent from u-haul. The process of rent and return was very easy, no hassle at all. I was able to return the truck within 5 hours even though I rented for 24 hours. I recommend U-Haul.”
“My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. “Aviv was my savior!!! We had booked with two different U-Haul‘s weeks in advance before our move and then two days before we are moving each one of them canceled our reservation, we tried a different rental place and they canceled our reservation a half hour before we were supposed to move. I called him and he found a truck for us and got everything all ready to go and gave us a discount price on everything and I was able to move my kids home with me.”

“This location is also a repair shop, where they correct anything wrong with the rental, so the truck rented from them runs well. NOBODY wants to be broke down on the road - have used them, G and G Service, 3 times and will continue to do so. Also, nice people to deal with.”

“I showed up bright and early to get a hitch installed, which I had reserved online earlier in the week, only to find that the system hadn't taken my reservation. (That's bad on corporate, not this location).
I thought my holiday weekend was ruined without a bike rack hitch, but Veronica very kindly took it upon herself to apologize for the glitch and work her magic to get me taken care of.
The installation only took a couple of hours and everything looks great. Thanks again to Veronica for saving my weekend!”

“Equipment ran well. Vermeer stump.grinder did well. It does have some trouble driving forward over its own ground piles it made, but all in all, it got the jobs done. Staff seemed to deal.with everyone that came in easy enough. Certainly might use them again if the need arises.”
