Excellent place here. Mark was super helpful and we used the labor with movers and they were terrific. Guys are chill here and always lots of trucks available. Returned one 15 mins late and they still only charged me for the day!! Great staff here!

Mark, a manager at the Broadview location, was very helpful and courteous. I had been in the habit of using the U-Haul app to rent vans and trucks from various third-party locations in my area, but it was so much easier to work with a professional human being at a dedicated U-Haul business this time. I will stay with this method and the Broadview U-Haul location whenever possible from now on.

I don't know what was going on but when I went there the two workers were on their phone doing personal work while I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to get off the phone. I almost left but I came there specifically to get boxes

I had a great experience at this U-Haul location! The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, making the rental process quick and smooth. The equipment was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of moving assistance!

Staff was okay enough. Lot is tiny and awkward. Dropping off trailers after hours is made into an inconvenience as a result.

Was out of toilet paper and paper towels and the motion sensor light kept turning off on me in the bathroom so had a terrible experience but other than that like it’s fine to store your stuff just maybe not to pee ever

Worst place to rent truck. Their truck was crappy I almost had an accident because tire was broken and it got stuck whenever I make a turn 👎
