*****BEWARE*****. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this facility they cannot be trusted got my car back with more issue then when i brought it in with, price tripled , and worst of all problem still exists.

Central Auto Rebuilders was highly recommended to us by our car insurance and considering it was a few blocks from our home, it seemed like the right fit. Frank was kind on the phone when we called stressed out about the accident and was able to take our vehicle in right away on a Friday morning. They provided the estimate quickly and worked with our insurance seamlessly. Fred & Frank kept us updated throughout the process. The repair was done sooner than promised and it looks as good as new! They started working on my car immediately, I received updates and Frank always communicated with me directly so I knew what was going on with my vehicle status. They dealt directly with the insurance company. I had zero headaches in regards to that and my car look like brand new. Great communication with the shop. They acted very professionally. They sent text and emails so you knew what’s going on with your car repair. I like the paint job and how all the panels and fenders aligned perfectly,I can’t even tell that the car was ever in an accident.

Only takes two major insurance companies and they told me they won't take any new customers on. Thanks for your reply. I didn't say your work wasn't great because I didn't get a chance to bring in my vehicle after a referral from a friend but I also felt rushed before I could explain that I would use my state farm insurance and have them collect from the party at faults insurance. Glad your busy but Damage control in McCook took me right away and started working on my car before the adjuster even came out.

Professional, responsive, and top notch. They handled the repair of my daughter's car perfectly including seamless communication with the insurance claim. They kept me up to date every step of the way. They not only washed her car before returning but they cleaned the entire interior including a few bucket loads of sand from the beach I had been nagging her to clean out for about a month! Highly recommend!

Central Auto Rebuilders provide the highest quality of service all around. My family has had 5 cars repaired and rebuilt by Frank and Fred's team and each time the service and quality of repairs are above what I expect. My most recent visit to their shop was my VW GLI that needed front end rebuilding and they again went above and beyond.Thanks guys

I was treated so poorly by the staff at Central Auto Rebuilders. On two separate occasions, I was talked down to and belittled the entire time I was in the shop. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up cancelling my appointment to go elsewhere. I highly recommend going elsewhere, especially if you are a young woman.
