Use a different bank but if you’re forced to use Citi go to a different location. Was forced to wait 45 minutes to pull up a check image from 2 months prior. Joke of a bank. No wonder they’re going under

AVOID this place! LINELLE ZALLONE she don’t know to do a wire transfer !!! With people like her that is the reason they are 3,7 stars. I was to an other location in Downers Grove and in 15 they send the money. You LINELE ZALLONE need to go to Downers Grove location to take classes how to do you job.
