Worst customer service on the planet Bank ANYWHERE ELSE. The staff is lazy refuse to answer there phones and do anything to not actually do any work. I've sat in line and called while they sat there just to see if maybe they where actually busy and they where literally doing nothing and refused to get up and answer the phone....

Today was a shocker I was profiled for the first time in my life !!!! Citi bank is a racist Bank also they don't like Black people (especially with money) . I banked with them for several years. I had over $100 thousand dollars through my account-and today I received a check from my boss , I went to deposit it and they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. Assuming it was fraudulent but took the money out of The company I work for Account ! Once I called them about the situation they basically told me we don't know how it's fraud but it is fraud ! I can't make this up. I hate Citi bank. Don't bank with Citi bank.

All 3 outside ATM’s and 1 ATM inside out if service. One teller. Long lines. Slow service. Management should be expected to jump in to assist. Not happening though. From a former VP of banking. Sad performance.

Always a problem with their ATMS!!! have had money get stuck in the ATM twice, while trying to make a deposit! Won't accept money at times, gives you a number to call. Another downside is that they open at 10 am

The WORST experience setting up an account here. They opened our account only to abruptly close it two weeks after going back and forth on documents they claim they needed which we provided; only for the branch manager (Teresa) to ask for more and more when they should have taken care of everything from the first day we opened the account. We have opened accounts In other Citibanks and have never received such rude and unprofessional service like we did at this location. They closed our account and I still haven’t received the money we deposited to the account. Please save yourself some time and open ANYWHERE but this branch. Poor customer service, extremely rude, and the opposite of helpful.

My wife and I recently opened Citibank Citigold accounts at the Brookfield, Illinois branch location.I was very impressed with how easy they made the process.From the time I initially inquired about the type of accounts at Citibank and the Citigold promotions offered everyone was very courteous, attentive and professional.Both, the Branch Manager Teresa Vega and our Personal Banker Anna Devatova were very informative and knew the type of accounts with ease.They made the whole process easy and explained everything in simple terms we could understand.We felt comfortable and confident with everyone we dealt with.Both Mrs. Vega and Mrs. Devatova helped us with any questions or anything we needed help with quickly and expeditiously, even after we opened our accounts.The team at Brookfield branch location are truly exemplary.We are very very happy customers, and would definitely recommend this branch.“Hat’s off” to all the team members whom made our life easier with all their special efforts and dedication to their customers. We truly appreciate it.Isn’t this what banking should be ?

I have been banking with citibank for 15 years and I noticed that they need to train the personnel better to give good customer service . I went there on a Thursday to open a business account and I was told the bankers were out until Monday. One of the ladies was nice, but the teller answered in a sarcastic tone "we are understaffed" I was trying to express my concern and she kept interrupting saying the will be back Monday as I was interrupting her conversation with the other lady. I left and opted to open my account with another bank, that by the way was extra nice and welcomed my Business account.

The tellers and reps are professionals. My problem is with Citibank itself. They've had my account on lock for months and nothing I do will unlock it. Sat with a rep at this branch for 2 hrs and she couldn't get the account unlock. Something is wrong with Citibank at it's core. They may be going under. I wouldn't advise dealing with them! BUYER BEWARE!
